"He would love to fight Juan Manuel," Gomez said of Khan. "He's willing to fight anybody else. He said Bradley, also. But he's a businessman. He knows that probably Juan Manuel would be more meaningful. It would be more money. Juan Manuel's a legend. In England, he (Khan) thinks that it would be huge.
"In the UK, Juan Manuel is well known, just like (Marco Antonio) Barrera was. And he (Khan) feels that Bradley, even though he may be getting a lot of publicity out here, it might not mean as much in the UK."

What Gomez said is nonsense, the boxing fans in the UK don't want to see Khon fight Marquez, they want to see Khon face Bradley or a top lightwelter, they want top see khon fight someone his own size, where Khon does not have all the advantages as per usual, Bradley vs Khon would be a sell out in the UK, they know Khon's days are numbered, so GBP are making as much money as can before Khon gets beat,
England is well aware of Tim Bradley, this ain't about business it's about getting embarrased. Khan loses to Marquez and says he lost to a legend. A lost to Bradley means he got that ass beat by the better champion in his weigtclass!!!

ok dude dont cry dude cuz marquez gave speed advantage to floyd and u imeadiatly come here and start to defend floyd like your hes lawyer and worship this guy like hes your religeon both fighters r great fighters so stop crying dude big ass floyd stan

You don't time Floyd's punches. He times yours.. But that doesn't mean he's faster than Manny. That's just how he fights and it's what he's good at. I do think Manny is faster, also considering that Marquez was slower imo fighting at the weight he fought Mayweather.

Excuses, excuses. Marquez got tired of getting popped all night. Those punches were cat quick coming from Floyd. As a former fighter myself I can tell you right now Manny gets predictable in there but Floyd never does. Manny get's very sloppy as the fight progresses even though he's still quick he's not accurate quick and the accurate quick, properly timed punches will get there first every time. Manny tends to leap in with his shots, he leaps quick but Marquez was able to time those leaps and Manny's movement as the fight progressed but he never was able to time Floyd so I say again Floyd is not 41-0 for no reason. Dude is fast, accurate and a very gifted punch selector. If he ever get's in there with Manny you will see the difference immediately. Floyd will chew his ass up and spit him out quite easily. If Arum and Team Pac are reluctant to face m\Marquez do you idiots really think he wants to get in there with Floyd.

there is a reason why he is 41-0.....he ducked the best fighters available during his boxing days, retired after hatton when he can fight cotto, margacheato, mosley etc....he just ducked manny a couple of weeks ago...vacation my ass....he is a *****...manny called his bluff and he folded....

Not enough money to be made fighting Marquez. He did beat Diaz, but that's a guy who lost both fights with Paulie "I can't KO a tomato can" Malignaggi (he should have lost both fights, anyway). Plus, Marquez has yet to prove he can fight well above 135lbs. The only time he ventured further, he got truly embarrassed. I agree with Arum, beat a Amir Khan, Bradley, Alexander or Berto and then we can talk. Unfortunately, all those fighters are too young for JMM to contend with. Just remember, it's Floyd who backed out of the most recent fight. If it doesn't happen in May, it will never happen...

lol funny answer, but it does make sense on marquez side, remember marquez was faster when he fought manny at 130,he looked slow at welter, thats why i believe him,if he was faster he was able to quickly counter manny, being slower and add mayweathers defense well,i'll believe him over any fan, marquez was in there with both,so yeah,i'll believe him,he said manny is stronger and hits harder, but floyd has a better defense
