Exactly, Tito ruined some good fighters. I don't think Vargas would be an ATG but, I believe a shoe in HOF if it wasn't for that. Vargas would have beat DLH and Mosley pre-Tito. He just wasn't the same after that. Vargas was a monster before that Tito fight. His power was outstanding, don't forget he did hurt Tito multiple times, a punch that flew just south of the border changed a lot in one round as well when Tito was hurt badly. I am not thinking Vargas would have KO'd Tito but he definitely had him in trouble for a moment in that fight.

If you are using the DLH and Pac fight you you really need to research more.

Never watched Vargas pre-Tito did you? He was a beast, speed, power, boxing skills, a chin pre-casted Tito's hands, and heart. I don't think you have watched enough of Vargas to judge him to be honest.

I don't think he has enough wins over top competition. He fell short to many times. He was the talent that never came too. Judah is another good example of this. HOF skills however just not that impressive of a winning resume.

I was a huge fan of Vargas, still got a lil love for him. He just doesn't have any wins outside of that Winky fight he lost to everyone. DLH, Mosley, Tito, and Mayorga. He has his Campas, Rivera, Quartey, Marquez, and Winky wins. Outside of Winky there is not one HOF there. Quartey should have got the W in the DLH fight so he may have ended up as a HOF if it weren't for some poor officiating.

Seriously though what would throw him on the HOF list?

Should I really argue with someone who can't spell Should of, Would of, Could of, it's? You are ridiculous I just don't think DLH or Mosley could have beat Vargas with out Tito getting there first. You need to go watch him before you state your BS opinion, you are just coming across as an ignorant, unintelligent, opinionated moron.
