What i'm saying is, If Margarito agrees, and the fight is held at 150 (which still classifies it as a jww bout), Why shouldnt it be for a title? If the title holder is willing to put it on the line at a catchweight, who are we to say otherwise?

Margarito is not a title holder. This is for the VACANT title. And I've already explained to you what's wrong with it. If a fighter is too small to fight in a divsion he should stay the hell out of it. Making up rules to make it easier for that fighter to win a belt is BS. How that's too difficult for you to see is beyond me. And that goes for anybody, not just Pacquiao.

it's a full of **** thing to do, it's making you seem like you won the title that is to be contested at 154 at 154 when you really won it at 150. it becomes a problem because once you tamper with the weight limit it's no longer considered a title bout that division. bottom line is this, if you in a fight where the limit was 150, where coming in if you were 151, 152, 153 or 154 you were considered over the limit it would be wrong to have that fight as a Junior Middleweight fight. I don't like this for Boxing, Pacquiao is creating his own standards and I think it's a bad message to send to someone to say since I can't make 154 but I still want a title there I'll only do half the required work and training to handle a man that size, I'll make it so that instead of ME having to go up pounds and have a harder time I could tell my opponent to come down some and STILL make it for that belt because there is nothing really admirable about pulling strings to get your way in a sport like Boxing where everything should be EVEN..

moves like this surpass the opponents it actually is something the commission should be pissed off but they're not, this doesn't happen a lot but with Manny Pacquiao it's going to happen in his last 2 title victories so in a way he's doing what he says Floyd is trying to do and that's go around commission rules except due to his promotional teams leverage on the inside the commission agrees with it and it all gets swept under the rug. YOU just looking at it from a Brick Layer VS Pacquiao point of view and I'm looking at it in a Boxer VS Commission point of view. belts should ONLY be contested in a bout where the proper limit is in place

1st off the bout would be for a vacant title, 2nd you saying that just because the limit of 150 that he set into place for this bout falls over 147 and less than 154 it should be a title fight due to the selected limit of 150 being within the JMW limit but here's the thing, by him making the LIMIT of the the fight 150 and not 154 he changes everything because the belt he's fighting for is to ONLY be disputed for in a bout where the limit is 154 and not 150, now if his opponent was able to weigh in at 154 and Pacquiao weighs in at 150 that's different because the proper weight limit is still being honored and he can come in at 150 by choice but once, by contract, you force someone to fight under a limit not constituted by the commission it's known as a catch weight and there are no titles in existence for catchweight fights therefore this is all around the board bad for Boxing..

it's a bad thing to do because others will look and say "hmm I could go win a title in this division and not even have to really be a fighter there" and that is wrong especially when his stablemate Miguel Cotto who was a career long JWW and WW fighter didn't get that same luxury in his move up to 154, he had to take on the full weight and that's simple unfair beyond explanation..
