Why would Shaffer do that or say such a thing, the fact is that everyone that follows boxing, knows that there was some kind of talks about this fight, If not why would Pacquiao wait to sign his next fight, It's a shame, because Mayweather will not be fighting forever and to make a enemy with your biggest competitor in boxing could spell disaster for the sport that goes thru some really tough times in this day and age.
