But Saur just said 2 days ago that Klitschko ageed to the drug testing.

If you read what valuev said the Klitschko's contract has the purse splits massively in Klitschko's favour for the rematches too, so they can't ask for any more money because they are tied to the contract and get whatever the Klitschko's give them in rematches.

It was Povetkin that asked for Wada testing and if the IBF allows them to change the contract for Wada testing why wouldn't they let other things be added too.

Povetkin's team did not want the WADA testing. Wlad already agreed and signed. Wlad, while being a purse bid winner, could not have made any changes to the contract outside of picking the time and the place of the contract(and some other more minor variables), upon agreement of IBF he also added the WADA testing, signed the contract and sent the other copy to Povetkin.

Mostly because you are dumb, logicless worm. WADA was Povetkin's request, again for the SLOW, it was P O V E T K I N's request. Wlad could not add anything of his own, unless it would have been agreed on by both sides apriori and was not specifically denied by IBF rules. Since IBF never ever mentiones WADA and it is specifically never denied, and it was specifically asked by povetkin's team, Wlad was able to go forward with.

Clearly it is all Klitschko's fault, that's why the IBF kicked him out of their top ten list ... oh wait.

You only have to read the news to see, that Teddy Atlas didn't want the fight and most likely Povetkin didn't want it as well. Sauerland didn't want to take the fight after he lost the purse bid. So Team Povetkin bitched out just like Haye did with a cheap excuse to make Kliscthko look bad.

I don't buy the slave contract crap, firstly, because David Haye willingly signed a worse contract against Valuev (to get more "bargaining" power) and secondly, because other boxers praised contracts (e.g. buddy mc girt - he praised the flight, hotel and food he got and didn't complain about the money either).

Povetkin could watch the Tua-Barrett fight but couldn't fly to the press conference or respond within 14 days?

The German website sportal.de has talked to the Sauerlands and they reveal what elements that made Sauerland call it a "slave contract":

              1. The contract stipulated that the fighters should fight in Grant XL gloves.

              2. The contract gave only five free tickets to the Povetkin team, so Wilfried Sauerland would have to buy his own ticket.

We are NOT talking about options or anything like that. Its not even about WADA testing. This is simply ridiculous.
