Is it fair for a 6'3 tall man to fight a 5'6 man because they're the same weight?

Plus, the last time he fought at WW was in 2008, do people still think he can make weight? And even if he could make weight, you guys think it's fair for him to come into a weight division and get the chance to fight the top guy right away? I'd like to see how he does against Clottey or Berto first. That's who he should fight first if he's serious about fighting at WW, and not just trying to make a quick buck.
He looked massive next to the 5'11" Martinez, if he was 6'1" thats only 2 inches which isnt much

I don't have a problem with it, I'd like to see it actually, so long as it is at 147. I do find it a bit gay that Williams is calling Pacquaio out and calling him names when he is 6 inches taller and would outweigh Manny by 15 pounds on fight night when the middleweight champion, who is also smaller than Williams, is calling him out.

I noticed a long time ago that a lot of the heights aren't correct at Boxrec...

Yes it's fair... especially considering the only guy to beat Williams is a 5' 8" southpaw welterweight.

              End thread.

We have weight classes, not height classes.

Paul Williams would be included in an argument for same day weigh ins, though. Dude has the potential to outweigh Pac by 15 pounds in the ring.

It's fair. Although the taller person always has the advantage.

But if we're talking about Pac/Williams. Pac would win regardless of height.
