      Not in that division. I think there is like 1 euro near the top of that division and he is pretty much unknown (Sasha Bakhtin) and doesn't have a title anyways.

        i think nonito will be more stronger at 118 and 122 because he can add more muscles and it will be less dehydration to make the weight limit. those few added weight will not affect his speed because his body structure and height is natural for 130 lbs. with his boxing skills and power, he'll be very competitive at 118/122.

        imo, nonito is the most ducked boxer in the lower weight division because of his boxing skills.

          Bakhtin fought mostly out of Japan, but I think he moved back to Russia as he was unhappy with how he was being moved in Japan. He was just in a WBC eliminator.

          There's Wladimir Sidorenko as well, not sure if he still plans at campaigning at 118, doubt it though.
