They basically ruled to make no ruling until he handles his business with California. Had they denied his license or approved it, that would have been the ruling. So, in the end, there still has not actually been a ruling.
they just didn't want to approve him and get criticized.

by doing this they still leave open the possibility in him having a big fight there.

they'd rather california make the decision and they take criticism for approving/denying marg.

California has already decided. Margarito is suspended indefinitely. He can re-apply, but he won't get licensed there, and NSAC knows it, so therefore they know they never have to issue him a license.

I know it's not literally the same thing, but he has no license. He can come back after California denies him, but then NSAC ain't giving him one then either.

If California does license him, Nevada will follow suit.

They are afraid to make the wrong decision, and in the end, will place the onus back on California. While they are selling it like they do not want to step on the CSAC's toes, they really just don't want to trip over their own d!ck.

And so...come see us just as soon as you talk to California. Best of luck!

Oh man... you are more arrogant that Mayweather and Pacqauio combined. He is going to get his license back? He went to Texas they told him go to California, he goes to Nevada which told him the same thing. Manny won't fight anywhere but Texas or Nevada as they don't have state income tax, so Marg's only choice now is to go to California. The same guy that says "I accepted their punishment and didn't fight anywhere for a year" is suing that same organization and avoiding seeing anyone from CSAC is person gives him even a remote chance at getting a license... David must have tee'd off on your head a few times because you must be crazy.

it's a joke to not give him his license back.

murderers , rapists , wife beaters , drug addicts get licensed.

he's not gonna get licensed? please.
