Actually, tabling a decision is not the same thing as his license being denied.

If his license were denied, he would have to wait a year and reapply. By tabling the issue, he can come back as soon as he goes to California.

They basically ruled to make no ruling until he handles his business with California. Had they denied his license or approved it, that would have been the ruling. So, in the end, there still has not actually been a ruling.

California has already decided. Margarito is suspended indefinitely. He can re-apply, but he won't get licensed there, and NSAC knows it, so therefore they know they never have to issue him a license.

I know it's not literally the same thing, but he has no license. He can come back after California denies him, but then NSAC ain't giving him one then either.

If California does license him, Nevada will follow suit.

They are afraid to make the wrong decision, and in the end, will place the onus back on California. While they are selling it like they do not want to step on the CSAC's toes, they really just don't want to trip over their own d!ck.

He went to Texas they told him go to California, he goes to Nevada which told him the same thing. Manny won't fight anywhere but Texas or Nevada as they don't have state income tax, so Marg's only choice now is to go to California.
