I told everyone before, when you fight outside of the country with a suspended license, it's like a slap in the face to the CSAC. There is absolutely no way he's getting licensed again in the U.S.

He dug his own grave when he decided to fight anyway, not that he would get licensed again if he didn't. He should never ever legally be allowed to fight on U.S. soil again.

Have you worked on a commitee before? Tabling the issue is the same thing as the license getting denied. Committees table stuff they don't even want to discuss.

you have a top fighter who wants to fight in nevada.

they don't want to discuss that?

vote yes or no in giving him his license back.

they just don't want to get criticized on their vote.

chairman lundvall was right. she wanted a vote on it.

don't know if she would have voted yes or no but she was right in saying they should at least vote on it.

nevada just wants california to make the decision. they're their own commission they should decide for themself.

i hope texas gives marg his license.

Tabling it is NOT giving him his license back. They KNOW California and Texas aren't going to do it. Texas won't go against California's wishes.

Actually, tabling a decision is not the same thing as his license being denied.

If his license were denied, he would have to wait a year and reapply. By tabling the issue, he can come back as soon as he goes to California.

They basically ruled to make no ruling until he handles his business with California. Had they denied his license or approved it, that would have been the ruling. So, in the end, there still has not actually been a ruling.

They did the right thing. Fans who want him to get a license just because of a selfish desire to see him fight don't need to be a part of this sport. He loaded his gloves for ****'s sake.

I agree with that. He needs to deal with the State who punished him before asking to fight somewhere else.

Sort it out with California, if they decide not to budge and you continue to sue them, that is your issue. If they move on it, odds are very good other states will follow suit.

                    he'll get his license.

he was suspended for a year.

he didn't fight within that year.

if they wanted to punish marg , then they should have just denied him.

                      they didn't do that.

what they pretty much did was tell him to go get an okay from california.

i don't know if marg can get that ok from california he's suing them.
