It was on chat. Basically NSAC voted 4-1 against Margo getting a license. He has to go back to Cali first and apply there. However I believe Margo's team is suing the CSAC so there could be some issues there.

Makes his look more guilty applying for a license in another state on top of fighting in Mexico, no respect or remorse for nothing more than getting caught. Pacquiao should be ashamed to be associated with Margarito.

I think its the right thing to do, California is the one caught him and they should be the ones in the best position to believe him or not. Personally, I hope he doesn't get his license at all he doesn't deserve it, but right now I don't think its looking that great for Margarito. Without California giving the ok, he doesn't have many options and it can't look good for Margarito that he didn't go to California first. Why avoid them in the first place if he really was clean, or at least thought he was.
