Word. I think he just made it even more difficult to get a license in California especially with the lawsuit on the table as well. He says "I took my punishment, I honored their ruling" yet he goes to Nevada, but then sues the people that gave him the punishment in the first place. If he honored it there wouldn't have ever been a lawsuit, the guy is a total idiot and needs to come to grips with the fact that he ruined his life and career.

Why? I mean I want Cotto to whoop his ass too, but I find it a lot funnier to see him begging anywhere for fight and everyone telling him to go back to Cali. Cali sure as **** isn't going to say yes, especially with the lawsuit and him avoiding going to them in first place. I'd rather see Marg walking over the border with 50 members of his family trying to make 3 bucks an hour than to see him fight Cotto. He doesn't even deserve that much IMO.

I think he should have waited till Pacquaio had a fight signed then he would have got a license.Nevada loves Pacquiao and the money he brings in from fans and *******s.thats why they pretected him from Valero.they don't wanna see him lose.anyway tough luck Tony.

I agree with everyone who stated he should have went before the CSAC before going to Nevada. If the CSAC doesn't already have enough ammunition to ban him another year, he just gave them one other reason. If I get busted in California for doing wrong, could I choose to go to another state to face the judge? I think Bob Arum may have just f**ked Margarito for another year. Then again, wasn't it Margarito who f**ked himself first? It will be interesting to see what the CSAC has to say. Personally, I think he should be banned for life, it's hard for me to believe he didn't know those things were in his gloves but who am I, just an arm chair boxing fanatic...

He has to finish suing the CSAC first. Good luck Margo. The NSAC may have been a bit swayed if he had given credit to Richardson for busting him, but that's just my way of thinking.
