records don't mean everything, but if you ain't winning half your fights you should think about quitting.

Do you not realise how many martial arts there are?

In a boxing match it's boxer vs boxer.

In MMA it could be BJJ vs Muay thai.

Why do you think Fedor had so much praise?

most boxers with potential are padded to 20-0, 30-0, sometimes even 40-0.
one loss can effectively end your career. all MMA has done is highlight that
even with a loss, or a number of losses, those fighters can still put on a big
show, and can still sell tickets. some of the best wars in boxing were guys
with losses, like Marco Antonio Barrera, Arturo Gatti and Mickey Ward, Diego
Corrales and Jose Luis Castillo etc. and please show me all these quotes of
guys that are 18-10 being hailed as the next coming of Mike tyson or Ali.

its very easy to lose in MMA
sometimes it doesnt matter how good you are, its pretty easy to lose by submission

            Just look at Fedors loss

theres also the fact that in MMA after a record of 8-0 theyre already challenging themselves against real opponents, while a typical boxing career starts with a record of 20-0 but thats 20 bums not real challenges...

Luck plays a big part in MMA than boxing.

Look, Boxing is by far the better sport but at the end of the day

MMA is doing its thing, The UFC gets Virtually every fight the fans want, These guys could hold a belt with a record of 3-5 and be up against the best in the sport in their next match.....

So yes they are going to have some terrible records,

But wen u go to the top fighters....

Georges St Pierre Record 20 wins 2 losses 0 draws

Anderson Silva 26 wins 4 Losses 0 Draws

                    Etc

                    Comment

                    Working...
