Michalczewski should never be same sentence as Jones yet it was Dariusz Michalczewski who was the actually Linear and Ring Magazine Champion from 1997-2003. All those belts Jones at Lt Heavy were paper belts that were stripped from Rochigiani and Michalczewski. At middleweight Roy Jones would have gotten eaten alive by Nigel Benn or Gerald McClellan with his finely crafted glass jaw.

Just about everyone on that list had no intentions of bringing their punk asses to the states...no matter what they might say after retirement. Hell, just about all of them got beat by one of the nobodys Roy beat. Thats fugged up trying to squeeze McClellan on that list as well.

Most fighters like Jones last until they're 32 or 33 at most. Jones in his prime would've destroyed Johnson. I'm not even a big Jones fan, but for anyone thinks that he would've lost to the fighters you've mentioned, then they must be drunk.

Roy Jones was of course a good fighter. But He cant be remembered as true legend because of the fact that he never would face the top opponents that were available to him.

If Roy Jones and Michalczewski fought, yeah Roy Jones would probably have a better chance to win, he hit harder and was faster, had better defence, but Michalczewski had a great jab, a good chin, and f***cker was determined. Michalczewski was almost as good of a boxer puncher as you will ever see.
