Meaning if he makes say 100 million dollars this year (or whatever the number would be) he would be taxed very highly, compared to if he made 50 million this year and 50 million next year...

No i havent but am sure he has only fought once this year, So am not sure if Mayweather would gross over 100Million in two fights.

Well I didn't say it would be exactly $100 million, I said or whatever that total number would be.

How much did he make against Mosley?

How much can he make against Pac?

How much did he get from endorsements?

Add those figures up and it is an insanely high number.

I'm no expert on taxes but I would expect the more money you make in a year the more taxes you pay. Maybe it's a difference between being in one tax bracket and being in another much higher percentage bracket.

Everyone involved is a known liar. From Bob Arum to Richard Schaefer to Floyd to Manny 'the saint' Pacquiao. All of them have lied in the past.

let's also not forget

GBP is married to MGM Properties and they will not let this fight happen in Vegas unless it is at one of their venues. Remember the pressure they put on Schaefer for the fight possibly happening in Dallas? Multiply that by ten if they have it Vegas without their involvement

no he wasn't. I know the team he is not going to fight unless it's a big name or he knows he cannot fight in the US then he will fight in Mexico again.

Arum has both Texas and Nev willing to at least let Margarito get a hearing in front of their commissions. That I know for fact.

I agree, too much this and that for me to think it is all kosher. I think Arum already has a fight lined up with Margs and is trying to spin it like Floyd doesn't want the fight or whatever the case. I think someone from Mayweather's camp would have said something about it by now if the fight was a done deal.
