As usual Arum is feeding the media pure lies. I'm not surprised at all.

      Two biggest liars in boxing

      1) bob arum
      1b) Floyd mayweather

why would anyone even comment on one of the comments that come out of their mouths. It's pointless.

        I think it's a great post too.

I agree, it's as if Arum is bating sympathy from the media IF in the (likely) event the fight falls apart again. Arum will be the first to climb on his soap box and state that the fight fell apart because of Floyd's camp, GBP.

It's definitely not too far from reality, he has been more vocal about the matter than anyone else and frankly I am over this fight too. If it happens, as a fan I'd be content. If it doesn't, It won't be surprising.
As I stated before in different posts, I see Floyd beating Pac with accurate punching, timing, intellegence and sound defense.

As far as I'm concerned nobody knows the details of the contract that was sent to Floyd. Arum is a lying sack of **** and like to manipulate the media. I wonder what happened to the gag order

so should we forget about Oscar on TV saying the fight was close to done? Forget the reports of "sources inside the floyd camp" revealing the fight will happen? Forget the broad who said an arena is being built for the floyd-pac fight?

I think because of a number of positive reports over the past few weeks it seems more than likely this fight is going to be made, despite the silence from Floyd's side and Richard Schaefer.

Maybe I'm wrong and it's all BS but in comparison this seems so much better than the negotiations last time around.

I don't see the logic on bob arums side to go through all this hoopla to specifically make it seem like the fight is going to be made, just so it wont and pac can fight Cotto in a rematch that wouldn't generate half of what a Floyd fight would generate. Further Margarito cannot even fight in the US as of now and there is certainly no guarantee he will be able to fight by November.

I don't think anyone here is saying this side is all liars, but that side is all Gospel..

Great posts from E and I can understand what he means. I questioned how the negotiations could be done if they were yet waiting on Floyd to "ok" everything.

I just can't see how Arum, Roach and any PAc fan can justify Pac deserves 50-50. They did JMM wrong in terms of pay, and Floyd knows this. 60-40 is a bit much but 55-45 is about right when you look at their ppv numbers...

Maybe Arum believes that agreeing to testing means Pac should get 50-50 lol...

How so? I don't know why you think I'm being defense, I'm simply raising a few questions and points that some people are overlooking.

there are really two ways to look at this - you can be optimistic or you can be skeptical. There is no right or wrong way. I'm simply optimistic based on various things that have came out over the past few weeks.
