Arum wouldnt ever make this fight, Not at 140 when he promoted both Mayweather and Cotto when they both had belts. Not at 147 because he was more focused on putting Cotto in there with his own fighters and that's still the case now. Arum will never let it happen, but it shouldnt happen because it would be an easy win for Mayweather. Cotto would get beaten up almost every round simular to Mosley.
