pacman hand speed is way faster than kfc in the ring. only ways mayweather is faster is when he is making up escuses not to fight someone , or when hes in the ring running , or when hes in the sack lol because hes a minute man unlike manny who can please a woman for hours . hand speed and power definatly go to manny
