Ofcourse he slowed down that's given when you move up in weight as much as he does, but he pac is still way more faster than any WW.
Has Pac lost alot of hand speed to you??

You should support your claim with computer stats on how many punches Pacman averages per round!
Pacman hands are faster and harder than Floyd, again compare the stats regarding the KO Record of both Boxer, Pacman has a higher percentage of KO!
Again in his last five fights against heavier Boxer Pacman stopped - Diaz, Dela Hoya, Hatton, and Cotto; and decisions Clottey! thats 4 out of 5 by KO/TKO!
On the other hand, Floyd jr, fought two and failed to register KO wins against Marquez and Mosley, whose age aren't comparable to Pacman's last 5 opponents.Comment

How many punches per round has nothing to do with who is faster. Floyd is very fast and throws but is very conservative with his punches. Hense, a much higher accuracy rate than Pac. Pac throws a lot more, but misses a lot more as well. You should support your claim with computer stats on how many punches Pacman averages per round!

The thread was about hand speed, not punching power.
Floyd is a different kind of fighter than Pac is. He doesn't commit with his punches as Pac does and much more defensive. Pac commits, but leaves himself wide open to being hit. To each his own, Pac way of doing things is more exciting, but much more dangerous as well, while Floyd's is safer but more successful.Comment

are you joking or do you really think this is logical? You should support your claim with computer stats on how many punches Pacman averages per round!

I know this has been mentioned time and time again. It seems the consensus is that Floyd is the quicker with 1 punch and Pac with combinations. I was watching highlights of Pac/Cotto and Mayweather/Mosley and in my eyes(hopefully not too bias), Pac has lost a lot of hand speed in the move to 147. In some places to me, he doesn't really look very quick at all. Am I crazy? This is not an insult to Pac and I'm not trying to knock him, just wanted some other honest opinions. Compare the two and give ur opinion.

You do realize that even when Pac was fighting at featherweight that his normal walk around weight was around the high 140's. The question isn't how he was able to move in weight so rapidly it was how he was able to fight at 126....It's even been stated and recorded several times that even when he sparred back in the FW days that his sparring opponents were always 1 or 2 weight above him.Comment

I'm a huge pac fan and I'll admit first hand that May IMHO is truly faster when it comes to hand speed. Don't get me wrong they are both extremely fast, but May is just quicker. When I think of Pac, what amazes me is his pace. When he gets going....he gets going and doesnt ever stop. He's just this Tazmanian devil know what I mean? How many punches per round has nothing to do with who is faster. Floyd is very fast and throws but is very conservative with his punches. May = Fast hand speed
Pac = Fast just not quicker than Floyd imo.Comment
