I would imagine that smoking anything in general is bad for athletic performance.

Apparently you never smoked pot, one thing it is not is a performance enhancer unless you are smoking a honey in the sack. As far as athletics goes I wouldnt recommend it. It will kill your cardio if you do it all the time and wreck your concentration. Very ****** to have it on the banned list though next to steroids, meth, ******* things that could enhance a fighters abilities.
