Mayweather will take the fight to Manny.
The only chance i see Pacquaio having against Mayweather is..............

I don't think he would stop Pac, Marquez hit Pac with a sh** load of big punches and Pac took them fine, and it seems obvious to me at this point Mayweather doesn't hit that hard, and doesn't hit enough for how hard he does hit.
And if Mayweather opens up because Pacquiao is pressing, that plays into Pacquiao's hands I would think.Comment

That's part of the reason I would pick Pacquiao in a fight with Floyd, along with the fact that I just think Pacquiao would respond better to being in a fight with a guy that can neutralize his strengths. Floyd hasn't been in the ring with someone with Pacquiao's speed, power, and determination and I question his ability to respond when Pacquiao doesn't just go away.
It truly is a 50-50 fight to me, too bad they are both pricks and won't get the fight made.
That is a good point to.
I actually think Mayweather's biggest weakness is that he does not do enough! to win, its almost as though he takes it for granted that the judges will see what he is doing, regardless how inactive he seems to be sometimes.
I mean, some! judges may have seen that fight for DLH based on willing and the fact Mayweather did not throw a lot of punches, as wrongly as the would of been had DLH got the nod.Comment

It would be bad for Pacquiao to have the fight in the trenches, where Floyd is very good at keeping his opponent tied up and neutralized.Comment

If he does that it could be big!! trouble for Manny, JMM committed himself to his punches when he came foward, thats why he got nailed, you have to be in mid range to be able to counter someone, Floyd does not need to commit himself if he comes foward, he has a reach advantage, he starts backing Manny up he could be in big trouble, particularly as he wont look to put it on Pac but control and dictate distance with his extra reach and patience, he will manoeuvre Manny around the ring if he starts doing that.
Im not convinced by Mayweather's punching power either, but because of Pac's, at times, wrecklessness, and negate for defense at times, i can see Mayweather catching him with a shot he might not see, Mayweather is a sneaky puncher more so than a hard puncher imo.Comment

That's where Floyd will want the fight to be. And by coming forward, he will force Manny to move backwards while flurrying - in other words, he will seek to wear him out. I'm pretty sure he'll use that high guard and fire lead rights like Clottey did, except a lot more of them. Should be very interesting in rounds 6-9.Comment
