Hair testing is the way to go for testing PEDs'

I'm no expert but there is always a better way. Boxing ain't olympics. There should always be a way for all kinds of sport.

In this case PRO boxing is not Olympics.

I'm up for stricter testing but there are other ways like hair testing. It last longer than urine or blood, but takes longer testing procedure.

But if a champ won a fight and the hair test comes out positive for Peds after a few weeks of testing, results came out positive.

Then strip the fighter of his belt and he can be ashamed of himself and still the fighter will lose face. Therefore, if this is implemented the fighter wouldn't even dare take peds knowing they can get caught when results comes out.

They can even get hair samples everyday in the gym, if the tester wants to. It's that non-evasive that it won't harm a fighters training regimen.

Day 1 sample, day 2 sample......up to the day of the fight sample..

test it as many hair and days as you want, and no 1 can cheat in boxing. Expensive procedure though, but full proof.

Hair is a form of evidence if a fighter are taking peds. Those samples can be locked in a vault and it's composition won't die.

Hair is used in CSI for catching crooks..

    For example:

If Pac was taking Peds' and Nsac got his hairs samples everyday until the day of the fight, and he won the fight.. when the results come and tested positive he will still be definitely toast. And he look bad to his fans and will be strip of his belt. And he will lose fame as well.. See hair is a good alternative.

Wether you got caught the day after a fight or a month after a fight you are still labeled a cheater if you get caught.

And no human being wants to be labeled a cheater.

There are other ways. Urine is 1 that is non evasive, but not all are detectable in urine. But hair the chemical make-up will stay there for months even years.

Hair is non evasive and doesn't affect a fighters health. It stays longer, composition of the hair stays on. It can not be tampered coz hair genetic make-up is as "unique as our own dna"

So replacing hair samples won't cut. If tampered they would know it is not the fighters hair that was tested.

Seems really full proof. Hope they implement it. It's an expensive test and results will take sometime but if a fight as big as Pac and May they should do it.

See there's other ways aside from blood testing. The experts just have to figure it on how to do it.

hair is non evasive and doesn't affect a fighter and it stays longer even months in the composition of the hair.
so you think fighters should risk their health in the ring against someone with an unnatural advantage because that person will be shamed after the fact?

...what's the big deal with blood testing again?

Geez dumbass, hair testing is an alternative to blood testing same results different procedure.

Non-evesive testing is it's big difference and hair testing is much more expensive.

You can detect ped users with hair as you can detect ped users with blood. Hope you can comprehend in that small brain of yours lol. Learn to read and understand.. Man I swear this *****s are getting dumber by the minute.

When are some people going to realise that some PEDs are only detectable in blood?

            Thanks Doc..
Another wannabe expert... yeah right. That why doctors already said, it can be traced in urine, stool and even hair..

The issue is not the testing, the issue is, because Mayweather's prefer blood testing.

Link? I think USADA know what they are talking about when they say that some are only detectable in blood.

Actually, I agree. DNA testing is more accurate using hair samples is less intrusive. And both fighters can be tested until the day of the fight, which is what Floyd wanted to begin with.

Hair tests shouldn't be that costly.
