From 168-175 Nobody Beats Bad Chad imo

Glen Johnson isn't even a great fighter having lost to Woods (controversial or not) and he beat Chad Dawson in the first fight in my view. I mean the division is weak. I'm not even impressed with any of the top fighters at 168.

I guess what I'm trying to ask is, who does Cloud have to be better than in order to be good in your book? Bob Foster?

Andre Ward and Chad Dawson are overrated as fuck on this forum in my view too. It doesn't mean I don't think they are good fighters. And I made a thread about Ward today pointing out the flaw I think is gonna cause him to get KOd in the future if he ever fights a puncher with more skill than the current Euros that are in the tournament.

And that flaw is, having a left hook that is amateurish as fuck. Watch the Cloud-Woods fight and see that one part of where Cloud nearly takes the head off of Clinton Woods in one of those middle rounds. That's the way you are supposed to throw a left hook. Not the way Ward throws it. And not only is it ineffective. It's a potentially costly mistake that is gonna get him caught in the future.

Keep in mind Ward never lost a fight in the amateurs and he still has no losses as a pro. So I guess that amateurish left hook he throws isn't that bad.

Pascal has fast ass hands, can string combinations together, has a solid chin and good power. Not to mention he's athletic too.

Plus he's been in against the tougher comp.

He's been in with Froch and Diaconu(2)

Dawson has fought Johnson(2), Tarver(2), Adamek, and Harding.

I would say Dawson has been in with the tougher and more experienced fighters but that's just me.

Dawson can hurt Bute. He can definitely make Bute respect him.

where did you come up with this notion that Dawson can punch. Berrio, Bika, Miranda > Dawson in punching power.

Bute, Dirrell, Ward would be interesting and i'm hoping Dawson doesn't skip out of the division before guys like Sillakh and Despaigne get their shots.
