Please don't compare Thompson and Sanders. Thompson is a right-handed southpaw.

Ok, I said it the wrong way... I just think there is a difference between a top lvl fighter and a journeyman and a tall and small southpaw... Of course Wlad did fought southpaws... But none of them was really good to prepare him for the big, hard-hitting guy like Sanders... There is the difference between fighting journeyman with 20/10 records and top fighters... I just don`t count Byrd, as with such height difference a southpaw stance is not a problem...

I think it is a right thing to compare those fights, as Thompson is a tall southpaw with a long reach, and Wlad fought him the right way...

are u guys serious about this discussion??! i have the blue print to beat the klits: just put a descent opponent in the ring. it's amazing what type of conclusions you guys are getting into. the klits are far from being technical and sound.

Corrie Sanders is definitely not a feather fist. Very, very hard puncher.

Every opponent loses the "decent" attributes once Waldimir is finished with him. So happened to Byrd, Peter, Austin, Chagaev etc etc.

Indeed. Decent opponents? Wlad has beaten a host of fighters who were on the rise and unbeaten when he faced them. Brock, Chagaev, Ibragimov, Peter were all unbeaten when Wlad fought them. Only after he beat them are they suddenly no good.

If you want to be taken seriously you should avoid dumb statements like this.

Sanders had Vitali down in the first round!! Imagine if they were the same age when they fought, no doubt in my mind who would win. Vitali can never beat a prime southpaw....

As for Wladimir, he hasn't fought a hard-hitting opponent in 5 years(Sam Peter), him and his fans are in for a rude awakening...
                    That is bull****.

obviously. that guy is the dumbest person on the entire forum.

sanders had a great win over wlad, but that fight is so old it really cant be held against wlad any more IMO. if you do hold it against him, you will lose a lot of money betting on the other guys.

BTW - as far as wlad facing someone with a punch - the supposed hard hitting haye seems to be hiding under a rock. wladimir even made a video calling him out. how often does that even happen?

to the haters - if you guys think wlad sucks so bad then by all means, bet some points, i will gladly take them.
