steroids and hgh are 2 different things. HGH can only be detected from a blood test. Steroids can be detected in urine, but advancements have come up with oral pills and creams which will clear oyt of the body within days so you arent caught.

steroids = articial testosterone

hgh = artificial growth hormone

So your saying Pac's head has gotten bigger but his chest, arms, and rest of his body has stayed cause watching Pac from back during the Morales til now, I never once said to myself Pacs head looks bigger then 2004 nor his body size.. This HGH can over ride or stop increasing body size but continues to increase head size.. Really?

The other dude stated an increase in head size.. So I wanted to post up previous pics up Pac and compare his head to todays.. Looks the same size to me..

and I didnt know the head was a type of muscle that can grow while the other parts of the body remain the same.. Who would want do that..
