if you're going to a gym every day and fighting twice a month, once a month, or once every two months amateur, you are a boxer.

if you just spar or whatever, no, you are not a boxer. you're boxing.

        And rounds are 2 minutes.
these are more exhibitions not "real" amateur fights.

lol, 100 am fights? That's crazy.

When you get that pro license from [insert your state here] Athletic Commission. Your officially a professional boxer.

The bolded do it for me, Larry. Anybody can spar one day and anyone can train but not anyone can commit themselves to the sport. That's when you know you're a boxer.

I live the lifestyle and I train most days of the week and spar at least once a week, but when someone asks me I usually say Im training to become a boxer, I never say I am a boxer.

imo when you have had a fight is when you can call yourself a boxer, hopefully for me that'll be by the end of this year.

None of that matters. If you have to ask those questions then you're not a boxer. You know it when it happens. Anyone can train, and anyone can have fights. Remember when Tyson held that press conference, and he said it's just not in him anymore? It's the same feeling except the opposite when you start out, you know what you're gonna be, you live it, breath it, and can't imagine doing anything else. When you feel that then you know. At least that's what I felt..
