      the difference is:

floyd doesnt have to do ****, he just needs to follow the commission rule of the WW limit.

while pac has to follow an EXTRA non-commissioned rule.

and cotto had to defend his 147lb title at 145lbs. why?

Becasue he wanted to make his biggest payday and didn't care. Just like JMM. When floyd came in at 146 he could''ve said I wont fight him. He would have got his $600k and went home.

Instead he fought him. Made his money, the additional $600k, and his ppv percenatge(which he would've lost if he pulled out the fight)

Get it. Good. Stop playin yourself!

Lemme ask you what's your point/agenda for this thread man.

Coz the only time Team Pacquiao said they'll abide by the commish rules is for the OSTs.

If you gonna bash out Pac about not following the rules because of weight penalties, then go ahead.

          Let's hear your point.

Yea he got payed. but floyd still cheated man. marquez's reaction when floyd weighed 146 said it all. The poor guy thought it was at a catchweight of 144 up until the weigh in. But ofcourse marquez being a warrior and desperate for the spotlight took the risk.

whats ur point? the only relevant point is floyd had recent history of not making weight while pac has no history of taking drugs.

                  THANK YOU!

My point is the TS try to mix up both points in one entity to try and stir sumthin' up to prove a point, whereas it's clear as sunshine that they're both different points!

                  Damn....

And when you have past reputation of a bad bad man, the bail will be doubled in your next case.

I hope I explain it well.

History of not making weight is a stretch. The true statement is he didn't make the 144lb catchwweight because he came in at 146.

The point is to say floyd "cheated" doesn't account for the fact JMM could've pulled out of the fight. He didn't because he isthe guy who is making his biggest payday aka "the opponent". The guy with the power can do stuff the opponent can't.

Before you go crazy, remeber what manny pulled against hatoon at the last minute regarding the purse split. Manny had the power so he tried to change the terms at the last minute. Its not right but he has the power.

Sucks but that is how it is in boxing.
