ANy suggestion manny makes that imposes a deadline makes the test not random. As long as manny insists on creating a window of no tests he is going to look guilty. If he just keeps his mouth shut he'd realize that the USADA prob wont test after the 14 day period anyway.

no..i gotta be honest..there can be no cutt off days even if you're not going to be tested they should have the right to test you..its a deterant like tygert said..if you absolutly know your not going to be tested you can do anything...i see no reason to have any cuttoff days..i say take the test,pass them,kill all doubt,fight,get paid
