          What PAC demanded was fair, knowing Mayweather's past record of cheating on the scale, but you cant say the same about May's demand. Especially now we know even himself doesnt abide to it.

              hmm... the commission only cares if you go over the division's weight limit. any catchweight in between limits is up to only both parties to agree upon.
