What PAC demanded was fair, knowing Mayweather's past record of cheating on the scale, but you cant say the same about May's demand. Especially now we know even himself doesnt abide to it.

The richer the person is, the higher the bail bond will be.

And when you have past reputation of a bad bad man, the bail will be doubled in your next case.
