No he's not the 1st, Mike Tyson asked Evander Holyfield to submit to a random blood test because he felt he was on steroids, at the time Holyfield took the test and passed, now 10years later come to find out he was taking that **** too. So mayweather is not the only fighter to ask, and if you haven't noticed his stance, has also been adopted by other fighters. The more Pacquiao refuses to random testing the more guilty he's going to look in the eyes of American boxing fans. Some will think that mayweather used this ploy as a way to get out of the fight, but i don't think so, because this whole Manny being afraid of needles didn't come out until mayweather asked for random testing, so how did mayweather know that when he asked Manny for this OST that manny would flat out say no and sue him. After he agreed to all his demands. My theory is, if you feel that if mayweather is ducking manny now, because his 14day window is no longer offered, how come you guys weren't putting the pressure on Manny back in January when he rejected the same f-king demand. Now manny want's 1 last payday before he rides off in the sunset and he expects mayweather to bend now that his election is over and he's ready to fight. Man up take the test and you will have the opportunity to back up everything your loud mouth trainer says. But random means, no window, whatsoever, if he wants a window, i agree with mayweather there should be no fight.

          Hematoma

          Infection

          Costs

The 3 reasons they are giving to not give blood close to the fight!

          Hematoma?
They will poke a vein not a ***ing artery! If the phlebotomist misses or goes through a vein, a few minutes of pressure will stop a hematoma from forming!

          Infection?
WTF! USADA is drawing with dirty needles now? Thats a joke! No way ur getting an infection if ur getting blood drawn with clean needles. The skin is prepped b4 the needle gets close to the skin.

Cost? I cant argue against this point. This is valid.

With all the money surrounding this fight. Cost will not be a problem. Team Pac just doesn't want the fight. They are trying to get the people on their side and say they did everything they could to make the fight. This is an attempt to save face and put Pacquiao up against and easier opponent.

Step 1, 2CS, 2CK, then 3! U just apply for state license. The steps are US medical licensing exams.
