it isnt a known cut off, they still could have been tested in that period and they knew that so they are still under random drug testing conditions

a cut off would be when you know you wont be tested, some floyd and shane didnt know

It would not be impossible that Floyd had conspired with USADA to stop the blood test with the Mosley fight 18 days prior to the fight to let Floyd roid within the 18 days timeframe. That could be the reason why he had survived that round 2 massive punch from Shane (because of PEDS), who knows...

I know this is just an speculation without proof, but this speculation is just the same as accusing Pac's on Peds without proof.

Therefore in order to make the fight happens, Pac will have to take the comprehensive drug/ peds/ roid test to satisfy Floyd. But it should be perform by another qualified testing agency OTHER than the USADA to satisfy Pac...

NFL has random urine tests, which I am sure they pay for. And do NOT have an outside commission govern their tests.

That's not an AGREED cut off ass clown... It's a case by case situation. IN the Mayweather vs Mosley 18 days WAS when "they" (as in the testing officials NOT the fighters) chose to STOP testing.

That's what I've been saying from day one. The shoe would be on the other foot if this was Pac's idea. Much contradiction would be going on right now, but Mayweather is the so called on camera "bad guy" and everyone "hates" him and wants to see him lose etc etc etc... Emotions get involved and no matter what he does people will hate.

He could cure cancer, aids, and all the worlds problems while saving burning babies from a building on fire and people would still bash him because they're only humans with emotions that they undoubtedly have for Mayweather, weather they be good or bad, they IN FACT all are emotional over him and at one point or another promote and pay his bills That's the funny part.

I dont even know why we are debating this, Every fan should want a better cleaner sport, I dont care if people dont like Mayweather,Pacquiao,De la hoya or Wladimir Klitschko..Its better for the sport and lets start somewhere.

So why get emotional about it and start questioning why 14 days cut off isnt good enough or why did Mayweather-Mosley didnt get tested 18 or so before the fight Why question it if you're in support of better testing?

If you want to start somewhere, then you should start from the commission to establish a stricter set of protocols for drug testing with consultation from various anti-doping agency like USADA. Which is what they are doin' right now. The first step must come from the governing head. The same case when it was implemented in baseball, cycling, and in all other sports. You dont start from athlete and then move your way up to the commission to make it standard for all.

And the testing agency should not be USADA but the NSAC because we are dealing with professional athletes. NHL, NFL, MLB, and the NBA rely in its on commission to conduct testing, which is understandable since they know the athletes and the sport more than any outside agency. If they want to keep USADA in a supervisory level then so be it but I dont think USADA should be forcing themselves in to this issue when clearly NSAC can implement and establish the procedure better the sport it governs. But ofcourse it would need advise from USADA as well. Its up to the NSAC to keep the balance between the fighters health and conditioning while monitoring and makin' sure that the athlete is clean.
