it isnt a known cut off, they still could have been tested in that period and they knew that so they are still under random drug testing conditions

a cut off would be when you know you wont be tested, some floyd and shane didnt know

Thats what i dont get, I think its because this was originally a Mayweather idea, But this is now bigger than even Mayweather and more about the sport of boxing. A lot of fighters are now coming out and saying the samething, MMA fighters are saying they wouldnt mind so why the negativity?

Because they're not doing all year testing? Lol they're not even doing testing in training now?

That's what I've been saying from day one. The shoe would be on the other foot if this was Pac's idea. Much contradiction would be going on right now, but Mayweather is the so called on camera "bad guy" and everyone "hates" him and wants to see him lose etc etc etc... Emotions get involved and no matter what he does people will hate.

He could cure cancer, aids, and all the worlds problems while saving burning babies from a building on fire and people would still bash him because they're only humans with emotions that they undoubtedly have for Mayweather and weather they be good or bad, they IN FACT all are emotional over him. At one point or another they promote and pay his bills. That's the funny part.

So there it is, USADA wouldn't even agree to a 14 day cut off, Manny's request to Mayweather is futile, USADA, not Floyd, is having nothing to do with a 14 day blackout period.

Who told you the fight is stalling? again your point is moot about all year, We cant even get the "Fighter of the decade" to participate in 2-3 months testing without asking for leeways, Boxing cant just introduce all year testing just like that, You start from somewhere and if they think all year testing is a way forward then they would probably go for it but for now all they seem to want to test for his when the fighters actually get into training camp.

If you want to start somewhere, then you should start from the commission to establish a stricter set of protocols for drug testing with consultation from various anti-doping agency like USADA. Which is what they are doin' right now. The first step must come from the governing head. The same case when it was implemented in baseball, cycling, and in all other sports. You dont start from athlete and then move your way up to the commission to make it standard for all.

And the testing agency should not be USADA but the NSAC because we are dealing with professional athletes. NHL, NFL, MLB, and the NBA rely in its on commission to conduct testing, which is understandable since they know the athletes and the sport more than any outside agency. If they want to keep USADA in a supervisory level then so be it but I dont think USADA should be forcing themselves in to this issue when clearly NSAC can implement and establish the procedure better the sport it governs. But ofcourse it would need advise from USADA as well. Its up to the NSAC to keep the balance between the fighters health and conditioning while monitoring and makin' sure that the athlete is clean.

I didnt Know Pacquiao is getting tested? when was this? the cotto fight? Clottey fight?

And again with the 14 days? why are you an advocaate for 14 days when you want all year testing? You want all year round testing but then you want 14 days of no testing for Pacquiao?

Again Random is random and thats why the USADA can have the power to cut-off testing without the knowledge of either fighter, Wanting a 14 days leeway is not random testing no more.

Are you telling us Manny never got tested mate? news to us. He's also agreed to blood the night off and 14 days before.

Id rather have all year round testing with a simple 14 days cutoff mate. Ask a bodybuilder if he'd rather roid all year round or just 14 days before an event. If Manny were to reject all year round testing id definitely my su****ions mate.

please dont use the word random mate. Floyd isnt being tested right now, he has to SCHEDULE a start date for testing. then theres a cutoff after.
