Cotto has a good chance, but since Martinez is the naturally bigger guy, I'll pick Martinez. But to say Cotto has no chance is absurd..

2. At 154 Martinez will not face a weight drained (145) Cotto.
3. Martinez got some speed and footwork but he aint no Pacquiao.
