lol.
All roads lead to Mayweather.
that's my take on it.........they are trying to pressure him through the media.......they should know better....it will just make him even more sullen and stubborn when he resurfaces.

I think Floyd will beat Manny and beat him good, hence why i think he should be the bigger man. He gains nothing from not fighting him and sticking to his guns, other then having a couple of fans like you still supporting him.
Hence why he should be the bigger man about all this, take the fight and put the greatest victory into his resume. He was bragging about how he whooped Delahoya, despite agreeing to all his terms (glove size, ring size, weight) and still was able to win. Why not have that same attitude for his greatest rival, whoop him and get it over with.
That's what i'm saying, if you can't accept that then ok, whatever.

you are 100% correct, and I will add that I cannot stand Bob Arum.....
but.....
it all depends at what stage the negotiations are at right now.....
If Mayweather has actually entered into negotiations, then that is a ridiculous position for Manny to take.
But if Bob is just waving around an initial start-point, then Arum is doing the right thing.
If he starts negotiating at less than 50% against Schaefer, then Bob get's cleaned up, and Manny walks away with 35%.
If Arum takes a position where he openly admits that Manny may not be worth 50%, then he has nothing to fall back on and Schaefer rolls him.
Has Mayweather actually entered into negotiations?
The last I heard he was still on vacation.

Your right, Floyd is the bigger man, more skilled, faster, stronger fighter, but why can he just agree to fight the small Pacman? Why wont you give Pacaman to prove you wrong and prove his greatness? Why is he always changing his terms and now contemplating retirement again? Is he afraid? Is he ducking Pacman? Floyd you said after the fight with Mosley that "all that Pacman has to do is accept the drug test and we have a fight". Now, that Pacman has publicly said he is willing to take that rediculous test, suddenly there is silence in Mayweathers' camp and then this retirement statement.
