Comments Thread For: Wladimir, Vitali Klitschko Call David Haye The First Choice

The championship brothers, Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko, are both calling WBA heavyweight champion David Haye their "first choice" option for the fall. The two brothers are trying to secure Haye at the same time. While this is ongoing, the Klitschkos are getting other opponents in place. [Click Here To Read More]

Haye really needs to suck it up and fight its very obvious now he doesn't have confidence in a victory if he fought a Klitschko. Its actually quiet pathetic really.

At this rate the brothers are far too active compared to Haye, i'm sorry but baby or no baby, a dedicated sportsman, would be in the gym every day and making fights in his sleep, too inactive, too .... unbothered.... i'm losing patience.

They shouldn't get too obsessed about this guy. Just keep calling him out in the public eye and eventually Haye will have to give or risk losing his entire fanbase.

The world needs a fight .

              * Wlad and Vitali both need Haye on their resumee for their legacy. Haye himself took care for this by calling out long enough.
              * Haye needs the Klitschkos for his credibility - he'll loose a LOT of fans if he reschedules the Klitschkos to 2011 or 2012.
              * The FANS want this fight about as urgently as Pac/Floyd.
              * It would be a HUGE event on either side of the pond. It would be THE payday for Haye and K2.

I agree haye i dont think will beat vitali he is the best of the best in the HW division. For me he clearly beat Lennox Lewis on point and lewis was scared for a rematch and retired. Haye isnt as good as Lewis. He should fight Wlad he has a chance because of his weak chin.

To be fair that was a prime Vitali, Haye would be fighting an old slow aging Vitali, but hard to beat none the less, i'm afraid with Haye's lack of activity over the last 2 years, 38 yr old Vitali's stamina outlasts that of a 29 yr old Haye.

I laugh at you vitali fans who still live off vitalis loss....he got his eye punched out I 6 rounds...wow! Vitali won the first 4,lennox came back won the next 2...fights are 12 rounds not six so cut out the vitali did not force lennox to retire.he fought vitali as his only fight in 18 months then retired when he chose to...going from knocking out Tyson to fighting guys like vitali was like driving a Ferrari for 10 years then having to drive a chevette....driving loses it's luster....so does going from fighting holyfield twice, then Tyson....then a serious drop off in $$$ & lewis wouldn't have made nearly the $$$ fighting vitali again as he made fighting the big dogs....your scared reasoning is sooo ridiculous....vitali never got it done...too bad...that's all you fans got....20 years from now lennox will be talking about how he BEAT the best, vitali can talk about how he almost beat the best guys he faced...he lost vs lennox & quit vs bryd....vitali will never have lennox legacy...he shouldn't have taken 4 years off then things couldve been different.
