What sport has a brighter future? Boxing vs MMA

Who you got? I think MMA peaked last year, they havent registered any great PPV numbers since ufc 100. And even then i think the numbers were GROSSLY inflated by mr dana white

Boxing has guys like Jose Benavides, Khan, Ortiz, Roman Gonzalez, Kimbo Slice ect who will be taking the sport by storm

Boxing's fanbase is incredibly inconsistent, but overall, it will likely be more popular than MMA.

I think both have pretty bright futures, you could say boxing is having a resurgence right now in popularity compared to a few years ago and that MMA's popularity isn't as big as it once was. I think both sports will be around for a while.

-Boxing is able to showcase more talent than UFC because of more weight divisions.
-MMA is also split on champions with its different companies.
-Protected fighters has its issues, I don't watch enough MMA to know if they do that as well.

                I say boxing.

But... This is a boxing forum. I think if you asked this anywhere else MMA would win this vote simply out of ****ed up MMA fanboy rumors. When you lie about something being dead enough, everyone starts to believe it.
