It depends on the siutation of course.
When you're Cotto who has fought at 140 and amde it hard to make weight there, OK, 140 is tough.
When you are 5 foot 6/7 and stocky at 147, you can lose weight, especially when you last weighed at 146.
Cotto has never looked as good. He got rid of the belt he has around his hips... He did not lose muscle, he lost fat.
