They have both fought at LWW although Katsidis is a lightweight but there is no question Khan has the height and reach advantage.
Khan has a reach advantage over most LWW

Sooooooo, Khan spends his Lightweights career fighting Featherweights, then he moves to LWW and we're on to fighting Lightweights.

Lol Khan is a bully, always fighting guys smaller than him.

This is a fight instead of Maidana?, or a fight while he waits for Maidana?.

I thought Khan was serious when he called him out

Maidana is injured he was contracted to fight Bradley. I understand Bradley will be holding Maidana to contract so he won't be fighting anyone else unless Bradley lets him off the hook. The original deal with Khan meant that Maidana would NOT fight Khan for 3 fights. So he has 2 more fights to go before he can enforce the mandatory.
Katsidis is a good fight if it happens and one of the best options out there.

I think katsidis has had more fights at super lightweight, than khan. Also khan has a height and reach advantage over most super lightweights.

Did you know that katsidis is the same height as alexander?

Also this fight is at short notice in the UK

Katsidis is well known in the UK and it will be very marketable compared to Khan fighting Lamont Peterson etc

Also there is no chance of Maidana fight in july because he has a injured back!

Hang about, lad! I don't need my head fixed - I was always confident that Kats would beat Mitchell, so don't go bringing into question my faith in such a condescending manner. And lose the fucking attitude already.

I'm just saying that from Khan's perspective or from casual fans it would be a stay-busy fight, but for the real boxing fans who are in the know it's obvious that Kats is a mighty test and not to be messed with - it'd be a genuinely good match-up.

I still don't have to like it, though.
