Well..........it doesn't look good now that he wanted a MW title shot against a slow plodding Pavlik and now doesn't want one because he would have to beat a guy he sc****d by with a close MD in a fight lots of ppl think he really should have lost.

Besides, its not Martinez physically leaving the division. Williams is.

Wise choice. Williams was on his way to getting ktfo by Cintron and would lose to most people at 54'.

He's got no skills and Goosen knows Martinez would abuse him in a rematch even worst than he did in the first fight.
Last I checked he beat your boy Margaritos ass and he beat Martinez.

Sure he got no skills bro?

            Facts are:

            He beat Martinez
            KO'd Quintana in one round.
Beat Cintron and made him quit.

Why do you keep mentioning his loss to Quintana? Who cares? How many losses does Shane have? Marquez? Baldi? Oscar? Gatti? Seeing a pattern here.
He was schooled by Martinez, Quintana, and Cintron.

Cintron was winning the fight before he jumped out the ring. A lot better opponents out there for Floyd instead of fighting a weight drained Williams.

I’ve also heard that there’s a good chance that paul williams is moving down to welterweight. Obviously, sergio’s not a welterweight." http://www.maxboxing.com/news/main-l...w-most-avoided
paul is going to fight floyd if pac negotiations dont go through, and if that happens expect manny to be getting 30-70 with the 70 % going to floyd. Top rank keeps giving manny these hype job bouts, but the opposition is obviously not in top rank, they are even hinting at him fighting cotto again.

              Pure madness!

Might not want rematch for on simple reason, he doesn't think he can beat him. Sorry, but i had him losing the first fight against Martinez.

Floyd-Williams is a good scrap. Your're a boxing fan right?

If he wants to move down to 147 then that excludes a fight with Sergio with bluntly stating it.

He can move down if he wants but there is plenty of comp at 154 and 160 while no one of worth to him is going to want the PWill fight at WW......maybe someone like Mike Jones or other prospects but Floyd? Pac? lolz......why would they bother?

You either lack reading comprehension or you're lying. Nothing you said here is factual.
