DiBella is lying, they've already said they would take the Martinez fight in a heart beat, until then he is going to get ready for a fight at 147. He didn't turn down a fight, because it was never offered.

Well from this article Dibella wasn't quick to put Martinez in with Williams either. Looks more like he's relieved that him and Goosen are in the same page of not rematching them.
