How is this thread still living? We have a poster (eaner) that debunked this a bunch of pages ago.

yo spoon shut the **** up already trying to discredit floyd any way you can....he flat out destroyed mosley and deal with it. when he wasnt the top dog against dlh, dlh chose what gloves he would have. Futhermore you dumb ****, in the negotiations pac was choosing the gloves for floyd.....you ride pac's **** so hard you lost all common sense if you ever had any. Why must people always look for excuses why floyd is UNDEFEATED or DOMINANT or DOESNT GET HIT?

Plus the fact that Mosely wasn't even been able to break in his new Grant gloves(pillow Gloves, the one with more padding in the knuckles were boxers like floyd use coz of his brittle hands) during training is a bad thing going to a fight.

A fighter should be using his choice of gloves as a tennis player or a golfer should be using their choice of racket or golf set, but agian mayweather who is so good at getting all the advantage for him made Mosely wear Grant gloves. Which we know damn well isn't his gloves of choice.

Imagine if it was the punchers gloves Cleto Reyes ( punchers gloves/fighters gloves ) that caught mayweather head with that big right Mosely threw.

Yup, it could have been lights out mayweather.

But we all know mayweather won't fight if the advantages is stacked against him right?

He always seems to get the advantage to all fighters.

In this fight, he made mosely use his choice of gloves, allowed him to fight him @ almost 39 years of age, made him draw blood even if he has taken the same blood test but damn his younger right and he is still no prune like Mosely who is almost 39 years old, surely he gets more affected losing blood than him..

So imagine that, everything was stalked up against shane and shane almost knocked him out on the 2nd.

It's not hard to believe a prime shane would have finished the job for sure when he threw that big right on the 2nd round with a Cleto Reyes gloves with less padding in the knuckle area. It should have been a different story.

It could have been lights out for floyd. for sure!

Floyd has the habit of not fighting fair to anyone.

        Just how Mayweather is really.

Take out his advantages Mosely would have finished him off.

Bottom line, Mayweather made Mosely choose his brand of gloves.

When we know to well cleto reyes gloves is Mosely's Gloves, the fighters gloves which he should have worn that night.

Do you see a tennis player let there opponents choose their racket?

Do you see a race car driver let there opponent choose there car?

Do you see a billiard player let his opponent choose his cue stick?

But of course mayweather won't allow that to happen. He wants all the advantage for himself going into a fight even if he is already fighting an almost 39 year old prune.

If you believe in youself let your opponent use his own gear. And fight fair.

IF your are the man and your confident with your abilities man-up and fight fair.

If your great meet the challenge fair and square, if you win you get respect and you will be highly regarded.

And we know to well Grant ain't Mosely's choice of gloves. Its Cletto Reyes

        Its all about Fair game
Floyd never made a guy come in 2 pounds below his limited weight of 147 to defend his own title. What the TS is really saying: Floyd some how cheated an old Shane. Had Shane had his gloves, he ko's Floyd, and then my hero PAc wouldn't have to deal with Floyd who can destroy him. I hope Pac can use roids or hgh and use gloves that barely have padding while Floyd has to use 20 oz gloves...

Answer: Tell your boy to fight fair and square, and people will love him more and won't question his wins.

It's about fair game. If you fight fair people can see that. And you *****s don't have to defend him.

But the thing is he doesn't so there's so many question marks todeal with huh.. But life goes on.

Were the gloves too heavy so Shane couldn't throw punches?

            Lay off the haterade mate.

Pac is a 7 division champ. As I said it is all about fair game.

Pac came from one fight with diaz @ 135 and went on to fight Hatton @ 140 and now jumping to fight Cotto who is a welterweight and in the top ten pound for pound.

Pac has stretched his body to accomodate three divisions higher to fight cotto. It is only fair that he ask him a little bit leeway nowing he is jumping from division and the drawer.

Cotto last fight with clottey before pac he weighed 146lbs. Pac wanted 145lbs.

He just asked cotto to go down a pound. While pac from 140 had to go up 5 pounds.

I call that fair game. As I said it's all about fair game. Choosing your opponents gloves ain't fair game. It's like telling a master billiard player touse you brand of cue stick

PAc is not a seven division champ first off. Second, PAc didn't fight Campbell at lw at the time he was hot. Third, Cotto came in at 146, because he had the limit and wiggle room of 147. Why did Pac ask Cotto to fight him at 145? Boxing's tradition that both guys agreeing to what gloves they would wear has been around since before you were born. You don't have your facts straight dun.
