i agree with TS here....the point is FMJ has the habit of making silly demands in order to gain advantage to his opponents....He perfected this kind of tactic after he was almost defeated by JLC coz hes afraid to lost his precious zero...Since he was the draw he manipulated the scene like the OST, picking 1-dimensional fighters, over the hill, and paper champions...When he was cornered in a proposed Pac fight ,he was a genius and he got away with the fight...Pac saw this thats why he dont want to be manipulated by this fraud of a boxer....After the Mosley fight now he has more excuses than ever like 60/40 split etc.. and im afraid well not able to see the FIGHT

Pacquiao wants cleto reye gloves and at 8oz and mayweather agreed to them.

YOU MAKE IT SEEM AS IF MAYWEATHER WAS AFRAID OF HIM OR SOME MADNESS.
****M told him to stop looking for the one big punch, but shane the dummy didnt listen, and continued to look for the BIG PUNCH.

      POST YOUR FACTS.
coz FMJ knew the fight will not happen after he gonna propose the OST thats why he agreed to all of Pac's demands....Isnt it fishy that he agreed to all of Pac's demands earlier?? Like he has somethings up his sleeves for a coup de grace??

that's untrue, in the Jones-Trinidad fight, Roy had to wear everlasts(the gloves tito were wearing). Similar thing happened in the jones-lacy bout, some states require fighters to wear the same brand of gloves.

It's just hard for me to believe that a fighter of Shane's experience and level is seriously bothered by glove size or brand.

His not bothered, but it could have helped.

In every sport, athletes looks for that extra edge to win.

In formula 1 racing, proper aerodynamics in a car can give you that .02 of a millisecond to be ahead of the pact and can even win you a race.

In f1 the difference from first to last is just 1-2seconds. 1st and second are around .03 milliseconds. If you have that right gear you can win the race.

As mosely's cleto gloves with less padding could have given him that extra damage that could have knocked out Mayweather.

In sport the difference between a special athlete and a good athlete is that extra milliseconds that makes him great.

Like in F1 a good driver can run a lap for example 2minutes 30 seconds. A special driver will do the lap in 2minustes 25seconds.

What I'm saying is that 5 seconds is what separates the good from the great.

Same as winning, that extra help from the right gear can win you a boxing match.

We all now in sports the gear that we use is what we are comfortable using and which benefits you the most.

We choose are gear. In every sport. Even the shoes you wear makes a big difference in a sport.

Being comfortable and confident in what you wear gives you that confidence to do your best.

If you wearing something your not accustomed of of course that will affect your performance. Cleto is Shane's boxing GLoves not Grant.

Didn't know this, if Mosley had his normal gloves, i could see him magically blocking those Mayweather jabs & 1-2 combinations.

So would you have made this excuse if floyd lost to manny after manny picked the weight of the glove etc?

De La Hoya made Mayweather wear gloves that he hadn't wore that much in his career, but that still didn't change the outcome of the bout.

Pac won't have to coz we know to well, Pac doesn't dictate what brand of gloves his opponents would wear.

It's only sissy floyd and some ****ty fighters who do that.

Yup coz he doesn't have to, his not a puncher wether he was wearing 10oz or more padding it won't matter, he is not a knockout artist anyway.

It's different for punchers/fighters they need there punchers gloves to get the maximum effect.

Floyd didn't need it coz whatever he uses he won't knockout DLH anyway. He won by points am I right?

Mosely with cleto reyes could have knocked the **** out of floyd in the 2nd round

This issue is in regard to punchers which mosely and pac is and that is why they use cleto reyes for maximum effect.

Boxers like Floyd don't go for the knock coz he really isn't a knockout artist so any pillow gloves will be good for him.
