After the weigh in the commision has a bunch of pairs of gloves. mosley tries them on chooses a pair then they are sealed in a bag. in no way does he get to have the gloves in his possesion without a commision member around. so no breakin gloves in on the bag or pads

Anyway, a fighter can break in his gloves before the fight to make him comfy with the gloves before a fight. Then you submit that to the commission for evaluation if in deed your gloves are clean.

Then the commission surrenders it back to you on the day of the fight so you can use it for the fight.
