Young Oscar De La Hoya would destroy any version of Floyd...

No I'm not bluffing or BSing. Its the truth. Oscar before he got rich was ****ing ruthless. I strongly advise you guys to check this link out and watch De la Hoya vs Jeff Mayweather. Jeff fights similar to Floyd just with less power. That video is the blueprint on how to beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. Notice that Jeff tried using movement but Oscar cus the ring off and got the KO. I strongly believe that 22 to 26 year old Oscar would have beat any version of Floyd Mayweather Jr. The problem is that nobody today has what oscar had back then...

    Height
    Reach
    Stiffest Jab
    Meanest flurries.

I would have just embedded the video but IDK how to get the code with my blackberry. Sorry....

Nope the De La Hoya we've seen in the meeting with Floyd wasn't that far past his prime and Floyd didn't use his legs in this fight cause he didn't have to. Also the fight was not a split decision it was not even close i scored it 116 112 maybe even 117 111 in favour of Floyd.

The only time De La Hoya could land some good punches in the final round when Floyd opened up.

Floyd would beat De La Hoya any time by relatively wide margin.

it would be very close and the reason oscar would have a chance was because he had one of the best jab's in boxing..but floyd aint no walkover either..

I had to laugh at that one...

You must have forgotten how mobile Oscar was and how solid his boxing was.

I would never say Floyd would get destroyed, that's silly. Floyd is a great fighter and would cause problems for anyone but I do think Oscar's size would cause him problems. His jab would be key, something he couldn't throw in their fight because of age and injury.

A prime Oscar would attempt to control the fight with the jab and then look to go low and come back high with the left hook.

How does Prime Oscar DESTROY Floyd?

He lost to every elite fighter he ever fought basically. Yet he would beat the best fighter he wou;ldve ever faced in his prime?

... Lame, **** your scores... Is your last name Letterman or some ****? Its obvious you didn't watch Odlh vs Jeff Mayweather. Oscar tracked his ass down. And I'm a floyd fan win lose or draw but I'm far from a ****eater like you my friend. That version of oscar had the Mechanics to be Floyd. Go see for yourself... I'm not talkabout ODLH from 07. Oscar hasn't been Prime since before the Trinidad fight so WTF are you talking about? The money is what changed Oscar. duuuuh

Destroy, not quite, but had a better chance, definitely. Would've been a great match up to see.
