Hey Pacfarts , the fighters cannot use PEDS while they are being tested randomly by the USADA FACT well they can use but will be caught ,,,, that means Pacfarts , that Floyd and Manny will be guaranteed to have no PEDS in their system on fight night and not used since the fight was signed ,,,,,, comprendi !!

Nothing has changed quit trying to allow Manny to worm out of being tested .

I agree if they follow the original OST, but what the usada are doing now is they are doing the test one month before the fight where the use of PEDS/STEROIDS isn't effective according to conte so why would the athlete will use the PEDS/STEROIDS when it isn't effective to use at all. What the usada should do to be effective is to random test the fighter 5 months before they even started negotiating the fight.

Did he base all that on the USADA releasing a statement saying they cut off testing for Floyd-Mosley after 18 days?

What's the use of this random blood test when they test a fighter on period where the cheater wouldn't use PEDS/STEROIDS, why would they use it when it wasn't as effective as using it months earlier and more safer to use it?

Did you hear pac said that he doesn't want to be tested in 8 weeks? He said that he doesn't to be tested on the day or near the day of the fight. So i think pac will agree with that kind of methods.... I don't know about floyd because he's been known to train even he doesn't have a schedule fight which is very su****ious after hearing what conte said that the peds/steroids will be more effective to use during those times......
