Caballero is a high risk low reward fight even when he had 2 belts at 122.

I love Penalosa but he was clearly too small. I mean Ponce de Leon beat him on the undercard of a PPV. I kind of felt JuanMa went a bit backwards with that fight, but I don't blame him, I blame Arum.
