I personally don't care what the compromise is as long as they fight. This whole going back and forth and ****ting on fighters is getting old and tired.
In all honesty, I don't believe that Manny said he will agree to 14 days. I mean, we just heard this earlier this month and that turned out to be false. So, I'll wait. Plus, Mayweather already said 2 MONTHS ago, that he isn't going to offer the 14 days anymore, its back to the USADA's protocol.

My next question is, if the article is true, why did they wait until NOW to want to do a 14 day cutoff? I don't get it.

But I've been patient thing long, let's see how it all shakes out.

At this point I don't even care no more of the test negotiation. I just want the fight done. Both fighters have enough skills to beat one another and is the fight that has to be made

I think they have a mindset of "Shane did it, why can't Pacquiao".. That or Mayweather fans are hanging on every word he says when Mayweather said no cut off dates and they are just agreeing with him.

I think 14 is more than fair, but to be honest I agree with you. I don't care what the compromise is or if they do the testing. I just want to see the fight. I wish this wasn't an issue.

you're not...why is this fight being held up over Floyd's paranoia?

the GOAT? running behind tests to avoid a one-dimensional midget?

          really?

WTF you talking about? I've stated my opinions clearly in this thread.

Got the nerve to come on here talking about, "If Floyd doesn't accept 14 days then he's ducking the fight."
The nerve huh? lol. Yes, it's my opinion if floyd doesn't accept the demands he wanted, 14 days, he doesn't really want the fight. Which is baffling since Floyd should be easily favored in this fight.

As if that was Manny's original offer or something.
It was floyds only compromise to his OST demands. He wouldn't bend on the 14 days and the fight was called off. So yeah, those were his demands.

As if that offer wasn't Floyd trying to compromise while your hero
See, this is what I'm talking about. Pac is my hero now huh cuz I have an opinion?? Man, I'm a fan of all times of fighters, Pac, FLOYD, Gamboa, Hopkins, etc etc. Pac isn't even my top 3 favorite fighters at the moment and he's far from being my hero. ****, I have a poster of Floyd in my office at my work. Of course this means nothing to you since I obviously am a ******* or a ****-rider for having a different opinion that you.

Than why can't there be a compromise? Floyd wants something for whatever reason and Manny is willing to yield to an extent for whatever reason. If Floyd is paranoid about PEDs, Manny is paranoid about loosing blood. 14 days should be a good compromise for the fight to pop off. Only someone really paranoid and with a vivid imagination would think that 14 days will matter.

Orginally and untill now I'd much prefer Pacquiao take the full. It was fair in that Mayweather met half way, I still saw no reason for it.

14 days still is fine, if they both agreed on 14 days it would be fine... people are just saying don't be surprised if Floyd doesn't offer 14 days again cause he already said the offer no longer exists, he said he tried to compromise and Manny and his team threw it in his face and tried to make up lies, so he said the 14 day offer is no longer there... so Manny suddenly accepting 14 days is good but they are gonna have to renegotiate things again because Floyd has already said he isn't prepared to do it this time cause he tried to be fair once and they wouldn't accept it.

And for the record, I was one of the posters who thought Floyd was being ridiculous for offering 14 days. Why? Because the testing, to me, was more important than whatever Floyd wanted. But if it's 14 days they agree to, then let's see the fight.
So you've been watching a sport you love since who knows when and suddenly OST is more important than a mega fight? Ive watched many a fight and enjoyed them where no OST was done and I'll continue to do so. To claim a non commissioned test is more important than seeing the 2 best fighters of this era is silly.
