It's obvious that the reason he wouldn't go lower than 24 at that time wasn't that he really thought "a few" = 30 (your inference), but that he wasn't willing to take his orders from Mayweather. Pretty well every serious journalist I've read on the subject agrees with me about that inference and disagrees with you.

So when Pacquiao refused to budge from 24, he was telling the truth about Floyd being bigger therefore the tests would weaken him more? Was he? If yes, is he telling the truth now? I was talking about different things, and you know it. Serious boxing journalists are qualified to express informed opinions about boxers' motivations, while PED experts are qualified to express informed opinions about the PEDs themselves.

How does that fit into this? Manny Pacquiao said he can't have his blood taken the day of the fight because it weakens him. Then it moved to the day before. Then it moved to 14 days. Then it moved to 30. Then 24. So, in other words...pick a lie.
