How do we know when Pac started roiding if he is?

He could have started all the PED's when he ran from Marquez after the second fight & started all this climbing weight classes & forcing catchweights to win titles BS.

Floyd vs Packy is a mismatch, Floyd said he wants to do OSDT to even the level of playing field. Without OSDT Manny is too good for him bcause he's just ordinary and Manny is extraordinary. Floyd said without OSDT he could get kill in the ring.

Floyd dominates most of his opponents in 5 divisions he's fought but no one had accused him of roiding before

so why Manny's weight climbing any different?
