But yeah there are waiting times for all the equipment there, that's why I try and reach for high intensity for my workouts because of the waiting times. But I didn't see why people were getting on me about me running 2 miles every morning? Is that too little?
I have no idea, but I do five miles four times a week and I'm just a banking student. You should probably be running more than me? idk.

You guys are mostly saying Pro elite fighters only train a maximum of 3 hours a day.. I don't know for sure but I could swear I heard they train like 5-6 hours a day...maybe amateurs only train 2 hours..

Down at Galaxy we would start up training at noon and roll until about 2:30 or3 o'clock. That was 6 days a week, plus the running..................Rockin'

Well my trainer said I should just gradually up my miles every two weeks. I'm a green boxer like many of these lads.

this is the truth. nothing but the truth.

fighters in the gym dont, while putting in effort dont need to train more than a hour and a half or maybe 2 hours in the gym. running vaires on diferent aspects of training

Pac and PBF are supposed to train really hard. I wonder if you added their hours up, who would be clocking up the most hours.?

                    It varies a lot.

I'm not an elite fighter (yet), but I fight at a decent level and I train 5-6 days a week, usually 2 hours per session.
