Let me guess. You supposedly run 10 miles a day correct?

I know right? These people lie so much it's borderline comical.

Most amateur fighters train around 2 hours a day, 4 days a week. Most gyms, depending upon the numbers and quality of members, don't even have 3-1/2 hour sessions/spots open.

It varies from person to person.

Most boxers run in the morning, go back to rest then have a training session in the morning, eat and then rest a little more then have a training session in the afternoon. Some can train for a longer amount of time, some can train for a shorter amount of time. I mean Pacquiao and Mayweather are known for their 4 to 5 hour workouts which are insane. I think it's normal for a fighter to workout for about 3 hours a day, at least the boxers I used to be around put in about that amount of time a day.

Well I'm an amateur and I train about 2 hours a day...heavybag, rope, double end, speed bag...12-15 min of shadowboxing before this

I'm not running like I should be right now but we are expected to run about 2 miles a few times a week...

The top guys in my gym do the same routine but run 3-4 miles a week...and they spar more often than people who are still considered "green" like myself...

About a a hour and a half. I don't take many breaks and talk like a lot do. I've been doing 30 second rests lately also.

Yeah I know. Someone on a regular training 3 and a half hours is not believable. Considering if they do it on a regular bases. That's overkill. One can probably only benefit from doing that by doing it probably 4 months at max.
